プロテイン+フォーカス 12 x 60g バー | 高プロテイン フラップジャック | ライオンのたてがみ＆9つのフォーカス栄養素

I was skeptical about a vegan flapjack having enough protein, but these actually keep me full until lunch. The 10g of protein and 8g of fibre make it feel more like a proper meal than a snack, and the lion's mane is a subtle bonus for afternoon brain fog.

The chocolate coating is a nice touch and the texture holds up well when I’m rushing between meetings. I’ve been eating one before my afternoon shift and I actually feel the focus benefits kicking in about an hour later.

I’ve been grabbing one before my afternoon slump hits, and the 10g of protein plus the lion’s mane really keeps me steady through meetings. The chocolate coating makes it feel more like a treat than a health bar, and it’s surprisingly filling for 60g. Just wish they sold bigger boxes.
